Princess Tutu
I started this amazing series a few years ago, when a friend of mine recommended Princess Tutu to me. I was a little skeptical at first. But as soon I watched it, I fell in love it it.
Here's my thoughts on this series.
First, the artwork was beautiful! It was well done. The plot was super creative. I fell in love instantly with the first episode. I really liked how it was Princess Tutu's job to rather all the pieces of the prince's heart. Then, I really liked the raven's daughter, the black swan, Princess Kreahe. I thought she made an interesting villian. I also liked how all of the characters were connected to the prince, in some interesting way. Then, the characters are all lovable. I thought they are all cute, in their own ways.
I really don't have any complaints.
I'm going to give it a five out of five.

The Gentlemen's Alliance Cross
I read the first volume a few months ago, and I wasn't that impressed with it. I tried a few times to get into it, but I couldn't. Here are my thoughts on the series:
The art was good, and it certainly looked very cute, but the plot didn't keep my interest, I thought it goofy how Haine kept on going after her love interest, no matter how many times he rudely turned her down. Then, Haine kept reminding me of Tohru Honda mixed together with Arisa from Fruits Basket.
Anyway, I'm rating this a two out of five.

Chrono Crusade
Plot: Set in New York, 1920s, Christian exorcist Rosette Christopher, along with her partner Chrono, currently work for SetThe Magdalene order. It is their duty to exorcise all demons that attempt to kill off their society (along with Rosette trying to gather enough information to save her brother, Joshua, from a particularly strong demon, Aion.)
I began this series before the start of my summer break, I heard from other people that Chrono Crusade was another really good anime (It's the same way I found Gakuen Alice.) So, I started and I instantly fell in love with Chrono Crusade. Here's my thought on this series:
It had really good artwork. I was really impressed! The plot is very different and unique! I have never seen anything close to this! The characters were excellent! They were very endearing! I loved it!
One the other hand, I found out that the creator was asked to write the anime more differently from the manga (For those who love something really sad, you'll like the anime better.) So, the endings are a little different (The manga left us on a slightly happier note.) I prefer the manga personally to the anime. The manga had more detail, and it explained more about Rosette's parents a little more and Rosette herself.
Well, I would give this a five out of five.

XxxHolic
As I've said before, I started XxxHolic along with Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle. I also have yet to see an episode of XxxHolic. It is a great series, and here are my thoughts on this interesting series:
For one, Clamp, yet again has done a spectacular job! The dark, gothic, haunting artwork is excellent! Also, the dark plot also draws you in as soon as you open the first page. The characters are excellent (My favorite characters are Watanuki and Yuko.) And, it's always interesting about what other spirit Watanuki's going to encounter next.
Again, I have no complaints with the show.
I give this series a five out of five.
